How is my sauna shipped, and how long does delivery take?

Our saunas ship via freight carrier with curbside delivery included. Due to the size and weight of our products (many exceed 500 lbs), delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information and a delivery appointment window once your order ships. Please ensure you have help available to move the unit from curbside to your installation site.

Do I need a professional to assemble my sauna?

Most of our saunas are designed for DIY assembly with no special tools required. Barrel saunas arrive with pre-cut, ready-to-assemble components and a detailed step-by-step guide — no cutting or modifications needed. Infrared saunas feature intuitive buckle assembly that can be completed in under an hour. We recommend having a second person to help with heavier panels.

What electrical requirements do saunas need?

Traditional steam saunas typically require a 220V/240V dedicated circuit with a 30A breaker. Infrared saunas often plug into a standard 120V household outlet. We recommend hiring a licensed electrician to install any dedicated circuits. Specific electrical requirements are listed on each product page so you can plan ahead before your sauna arrives.

What warranty coverage do your products include?

All of our saunas come with manufacturer warranty coverage, which varies by brand and product. Most units include a minimum 12-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Our team at Strength Recovery is here to support you through any warranty claims and will work directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.

What is your return and refund policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Due to the oversized nature of saunas and recovery equipment, return shipping and restocking fees may apply. Reach out to our team and we'll walk you through the process.
